BPCL’s bid to create a cleaner and healthier India

In tune with the vision and objectives of the Swatch Bharat Abhiyan,as spelt out by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Linited, organized a health camp at Irugur,the other day, for sanitary workers.

Conducted in association with the NG Hospital, the camp was part of a series of activities associated with the “Swatchhatahi Seva” initiatives.

It was inaugurated by the Irugur CCK Pipeline in-charge Mr.Tushar Deokule.
Pointing out that BPCL,a Maharatna Public Sector Undertaking Oil company,was fully committed to realizing the vision of Swatch Bharat Abhiyan,he said that the aim of conducting such camps was to emphasize the need to sensitized and inspire the local communities to help create a cleaner and healthier India.

Among those present at the “Safai Mitra Suraksha Sivir”health camp were BPCL officials Ms.R.Geetha and Mr.Amal Raj.
As part of the programme the “Swachhtha” pledge was administered to the participants.
