A cleaner with a private travels was found hanging in an omni bus today in the city.

According to police, Kamalahasan (33) of Kumbakonam in Thanjavur district used to sleep in one of the vehicles after finishing his work everyday.

An auto rickshaw driver noticed Kamalahasan hanging near the rear seat with a cable wire and immediately informed the Rathnapuri police, who rushed to the spot and recovered the body and sent it for postmortem to the Government hospital here.

Police suspect family problem could be the reason behind Kamalahasan’s suicide.
