City Police launches Whatsapp helpline

The Coimbatore city police have launched a Whatsapp helpline to receive complaints and feedbacks from the citizens on Friday. Commissioner of Police A. Amalraj inaugurated the helpline, 8190000100, using which people can share news, photographs and video when in need.
When a complaint is received, a team of police will rush to the spot and take necessary action.
