Coimbatore Dist Home Guards participate in blood donation camp

About 30 home guards from the Coimbatore District Home Guards participated in a blood donation camp, organised by the Gem Hospitals in association with the Coimbatore ACME Round Table 133 and Ladies Circle 85.

Giving details to Covai Post, Area Commander Balaji Raju said Home Guards from Pollachi, Thudiyalur and Mettupalayam participated in the camp as per instructions of Superintendent of Police Ramya Bharati.

Around 61 units of blood was collected in the camp held at the Gem Hospital from 9 am to 4 pm.
