Coimbatore Local Minister plays role of good samaritan

Coimbatore : Municipal Administration minister, S P Velumani played the role of ‘ Good Samaritan’ when he had admitted two persons lying injured in motorcycle accident on the outskirts late last night.

Velumani, was returning his house after attending function, when he noticed two youths lying injured after their motor cycles dashed against each other.

He immediately stopped his vehicle and helped in shifting the injured in one of his convoy cars and took them and admitted to a nearby private hospital.

Velumani also asked the doctors to look after the injured and left for home around midnight, they said.
