Deserving recognition

Balaji Raju

Coimbatore : The Working Women Achiever Award to the Editor-in-Chief of The Covai Post is a proud moment and recognition also for Coimbatore’s first English portal The Covai Post.

A daring, seasoned and much-respected journalist that Vidya, as she is popularly called, is, she has in no small measure strived to give The Covai Post (TCP) respectability with its wide variety of news, videos and interviews. Team TCP congratulates her for the recognition conferred on her.

Right from the start of conceiving the idea of the portal, she has been into it whole-heartedly and with such envious dedication cared to look into even the minutest detail to take forward the portal.

Recognition for the portal and for her in her personal capacity has come in her being invited to several seminars and talks and interviews where she has proved her mettle.

Her contribution to the over two years of the continuing successful run of The Covai Post has come to be acknowledged not just by the team here but also those outside and has now come in the form of this Achiever Award.

We, Team TCP, earnestly hope that more such deserving recognitions come to her.
