First Aid Training Programme Conducted for SUEZ Employees in Coimbatore

Coimbatore, Feb 12- SUEZ organized a First Aid Training Programme for its employees as part of its continuous efforts to promote health and safety at the workplace. The programme was aimed at strengthening employees’ ability to respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide immediate assistance until professional medical help arrives.The training covered key aspects such as basic life support (BLS), CPR, control of bleeding, treatment of burns and fractures, and emergency response procedures. Certified trainer Mr. Subhash from 3S Life Safe Academy, Bangalore conducted practical demonstrations and hands-on sessions, enabling participants to gain essential lifesaving skills.

24×7 Water Supply Project, Coimbatore SUEZ Project Director Sangram Pattanayak, said, “Ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees is integral to our operational excellence. The management of SUEZ reiterates its commitment to conducting regular safety training programmes and strengthening emergency preparedness across all operational locations.”
Speaking on the occasion, the HSE Manager of SUEZ, Mr. Pankaj added, “Employee safety is our highest priority. This First Aid Training Programme is an important step in empowering our workforce with the knowledge and confidence to act promptly during emergencies. Such initiatives not only save lives but also build a strong safety culture within the organization.”

The programme witnessed active participation from employees and was well appreciated, marking another step towards creating a safer and healthier workplace.
