He added that the supermarket will offer a wide range of essential products including rice, pulses, sugar, spices, fresh vegetables and fruits, meat products, and other daily necessities under one roof.

A dedicated meat section branded as ‘Meat Central’ offers fresh and hygienically processed mutton, chicken, crab, prawns, fish varieties, country chicken, rooster, turkey, pigeon, rabbit, quail, and other specialty meat products, prepared and sold fresh on the same day.

On the inaugural day, June 14, 2026, the supermarket will commence operations at 7:34 a.m. Thereafter, it will function daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., catering to the needs of customers, including those returning home late from work.

The Grocer Central will also provide free home delivery services across Coimbatore. Customers can place orders over the phone and have them delivered to their doorstep. In addition, purchases can be made conveniently through the Grocer Central mobile application.
