Kozhikkode: Kerala High Court on Monday settled the anticipatory bail plea of actor Kavya Madhavan in the actor abduction case stating that the plea had no relevance as police had no plans to arrest her. She was not an accused in the case.

The court posted the bail plea of director and accused Dileep’s friend Nadirsha for October 4 for further hearing.
Kavya had said in her plea that she was being targeted as she was Dileep’s wife.

A section of the film industry, media and ad film maker Sreekumar Menon were operating against her, she said.
Nadirsha said the police were pressurising him to give a statement against Dileep.
