COIMBATORE: Human Resource personnel should get ready for the changes taking place in the industry, according to R Malar Vannan, Chief People Officer, Pricol Ltd.

He was addressing HR executives at the a conclave ‘HR in the age of disruption’, organised by Confederation of Indian Industry at Hotel Radisson Blu here on Friday.

Damodaran Subramanian, Managing Director, Safran Aerospace India said, “Disruption shouldn’t be taken with fear but should be seen as an opportunity for transformation. Human Management will become an important asset for companies in future and HR personnel should be involved in strategic planning.”

The event is being conducted for the last 10 years with an aim to create a forum for HRs, Welfare Managers and CEOs to understand the latest trends in Human Resource through people who belong to organizations that have been setting high examples in the area.
