Chennai: Former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, O Panneerselvam (now heading a caretaker government), on Wednesday said a Commission of Inquiry headed by a Supreme Court judge will be appointed to probe the death of late J. Jayalalithaa.

Speaking to reporters at his residence here, Panneerselvam said: “A commission of inquiry will be appointed headed by a Supreme Court judge to probe the death of Jayalalithaa.”

He said there are a lot of questions about the death of Jayalalithaa on Dec 5 after being admitted to Apollo Hospital for 75 days.
