Kottayam: Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has wished success to the newly elected Union Minister Alphons Kannanthanam.
He said that they were long time associates and his elevation as a Union Minister was a Onam gift for him. This is an opportunity for the elected Minister to work for the development of the State.
