MLA vows to seek release of Muslim youths in jail

The Manithaneya Jananayaga Katchi would take every step to secure the release of innocent Muslim youths languishing in various jails in the country for a long period.
The party general secretary and MLA, Tamimun Ansari, said there were many youths who were continuing to languish in jails in spite of their jail terms coming to an end. “We will take legal steps,” he added.
The MLA, who contested in the AIADMK symbol, said he would continue to stay with the party in the coming civic polls too.
On DMK chief Karunanidhi’s statement questioning the reason behind Prime Minster Narendra Modi congratulating Chief Minister Jayalalithaa for winning elections at 10 am, Ansari said the Prime Minister would have done it after hearing the early trends.
