Coimbatore, April 11, 2026 – Nehru Group of Institutions (NGI) celebrated its Annual Offer Letter Distribution Ceremony, RIDDHI 2026, with grandeur and pride, marking a significant milestone in the institution’s placement achievements for the academic year 2025–26. The event recognized and celebrated the success of students who collectively secured over 3,300 placement offers from more than 250 companies across diverse industry sectors.

The placement highlights for the year reflect the institution’s growing stature as a preferred recruiting destination. The highest package recorded stood at an impressive 54 LPA, with 4 students securing offers above 24 LPA. A total of 110 students received packages above 10 LPA, while 284 students were placed above 8 LPA and 510 students above 6 LPA. Further demonstrating the breadth of placement success, 590 students secured packages above 5 LPA, and over 1,000 students received offers above 4 LPA — affirming NGI’s consistent ability to connect students across disciplines with quality employment opportunities.

Dr. P. Krishnakumar, CEO & Secretary, Nehru Group of Institutions, presided over the function and delivered the presidential address, commending the hard work of the students, the dedicated efforts of the faculty, and the trust placed in the institution by its recruiting partners.

The event was graced by Mr. N. Ashok Kumar, Vice President – Quinbay, who served as Chief Guest. In his address, he emphasized the critical importance of curiosity and inquisitiveness, critical thinking, problem-solving, and effective articulation as cornerstones of a successful corporate career.

Mr. Ramasubramanian Kulandan, Delivery Partner and Senior Consultant, TCS, served as Guest of Honour, sharing valuable insights on navigating the transition from campus life to the corporate world.

Adding further vibrancy to the occasion, Executive Director Dr. H. N. Nagaraja, Dr. B. Anirudhan, Director – Training & Placements, and the principals of the various colleges under the Nehru Group of Institutions graced the ceremony and felicitated the placed students, encouraging them to serve as role models for future batches.

RIDDHI 2026 stood as a resounding testament to NGI’s unwavering commitment to excellence in education, meaningful industry engagement, and the holistic development of its students.
