Not appropriate to comment on CBI case: CVC

Coimbatore : Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) Chairman K V Chowdhary on Sunday said that it was not appropriate for him to comment on the ongoing CBI case, as it was in the Supreme Court.

“It is not not appropriate for me to make any comment on it. It is being supervised by the Supreme Court,” Chowdhary told reporters in response to a question on the versions reportedly given by both CBI Director and
Special CBI Director on his report.

As far as the reply of CBI officials was concerned, he said that it was already in the public domain and he did not want to make any comment on that.

Chowdhary was here to participate as Chief Guest of the 25th anniversary of World Telugu Federation.
