OPPO launches F1s in city

OPPO yesterday launched its latest model F1s in city. Movie actress Andrea Jeremiah launched the model in Brookefield Mall.

On August 4, OPPO unveiled the model in India.

Speaking to reporters, Mark A.O., area captain, OPPO Electronics Corp said “OPPO Electronics is the fourth largest company selling smartphones in India. Our latest addition to the Indian market is F1s,” he said.

Designed with a 13 mega pixel primary camera on the rear and a 16 mega pixel front shooter for selfies, F1s is powered by a 3075mAh non removable battery. It measures 154.50×76.00×7.38 (height x width x thickness) and weighs 160 grams.

The OPPO F1s is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smart phone that accepts two Nano SIM. Connectivity options include WiFi, GPS, Bluetooth, 3G, 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include proximity sensor, ambient light sensor and accelerometer.

The company has a store at Gandhipuram. Pre-bookings for the F1s are open. Priced at Rs. 17,990, the phones would be delivered to customers on August 11.
