Realtor robbed while sleeping

Some unidentified persons on Saturday robbed a real estate businessman of Rs.40 lakh in Tirupur.
The 55-year old Pappannan was sleeping in his house in Narupachipalayam, when they broke into his room, police said. They made him unconscious by smothering him with a pillow and decamped with Rs.40 lakh, which was kept under the cot, police said.
Annupparpalayam police are investigating the matter.
