The citizens of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry that Domestic LPG supplies remain uninterrupted and fully secure across the State. As the State Level Coordinator for the oil industry, on behalf of Indian Oil Corporation Limited and other Oil Marketing Companies, I would like to emphasize that adequate stocks of domestic LPG cylinders are available, and robust supply logistics are firmly in place. Our bottling plants, distribution channels, and delivery systems are operating efficiently, ensuring that consumers continue to receive their LPG cylinders as per the normal cycle without any disruption. There is absolutely no cause for concern, and we urge consumers to avoid panic booking.

At the same time, I would also like to assure that supplies of Petrol and Diesel across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry are completely uninterrupted. There are adequate stocks available at all major terminals and depots, and the entire supply chain—from refineries to retail outlets—is functioning smoothly. Our fuel stations are being continuously replenished, ensuring that there is no shortage of Petrol and Diesel anywhere in the State, even during periods of increased demand.

Coming to the Commercial LPG segment, which supports a wide range of institutions and businesses, we have implemented a structured allocation mechanism in line with Government guidelines. Under this system, up to 70 percent of Commercial LPG supplies are being prioritized for essential and priority sectors such as hospitals, schools, old age homes, community kitchens, college hostels, industrial canteens, and key manufacturing units. This ensures that critical services and social institutions continue to function without any disruption. Additionally, in case of any emergency or special requirement, we remain fully prepared to extend support and cater to the needs of such priority sectors on a case-to-case basis. We are open and responsive to serve any genuine requirement on a need basis.

Understanding the needs of vulnerable sections, particularly migrant labourers and economically weaker communities, we have also expanded the availability of 5 KG LPG cylinders. These cylinders are being provided with simplified access, where even a basic address proof is sufficient for availing the connection. Through close coordination with State Government departments and local administration, we are ensuring last-mile delivery by deputing distributors and organizing targeted outreach in key areas, so that clean cooking fuel is accessible to every section of society without hassle.

We continue to work in close coordination with the Government of Tamil Nadu and the Administration of Puducherry, with continuous monitoring of the supply situation and swift response mechanisms to address any localized issues. Additional logistics support and resources are being deployed wherever required to maintain seamless supplies across all fuel categories.

In conclusion, I once again assure all citizens that Domestic LPG supplies are fully uninterrupted, Petrol and Diesel are readily available with sufficient stocks at terminals and depots, Commercial LPG is being efficiently managed with priority allocation to essential sectors, and special provisions have been made to support the needy through the supply of 5 KG cylinders.
