Thick fog delays flights

Morning flight services at Coimbatore Airport were disrupted / delayed due to thick fog and poor visibility in the airport vicinity.
The Air Arabia flight arriving from Sharjah was diverted to Bengaluru around 4.30 a.m. due to poor light.
Similarly, a few flights arrived late, and departed later only after the fog cleared.
