Two history sheeters held

Police today arrested two history sheeters involved in a murder and various chain snatching incidents in the city.
The two – Venkatesh (23) and Mubarak (24) – were nabbed near the Irugur flyover when they started running after seeing the police. The two were involved in a murder at Tambaram in Chennai, police said.
They were also recently involved in a chain snatching incident at Srinivasa Nagar. Five sovereign gold was recovered from them. The duo have been lodged in the Coimbatore Central Prison.
