Woman dies of swine flu in Coimbatore

Coimbatore : A 53-year-old woman died of suspected swine flu at the Government Hospital here last night.
Shanti of RS Puram in the city was suffering from continuous fever and was admitted to a private hospital five days ago where she was diagnosed with symptoms of swine flu, hospital sources said.
As her condition started deteriorating, she was admitted to the Government Hospital around 8.30 pm yesterday where she died an hour later, they said.
A senior government hospital official said the case was under examination.
