Workshop on HR management for IAF personnel held

onducted a workshop on human resource management at Air Force Station, Sulur, on the outskirts.

The workshop, led by Air Commodore Surat Singh, Principal Director Personnel (Officers), was presided over by Air Vice-Marshal B ChandraSekhar, the Senior Officer in-charge Administration, Southern Air Command, and was attended by more than 120 personnel.

The team delivered presentations to update airforce personnel onissues pertaining to induction, training, in-service training, careerprogression appraisals, promotion prospects, postings and welfare, an official statement said.

The workshop was received well by the participants and proved to be extremely beneficial towards updating personnel on latest human resource policies, it added.
