Centre urged to recover loans from defaulters

The All India Bank Employees Association has urged the Union Government to initiate steps to recover the loans from defaulters.

In a meeting held here on Monday, the Association also urged the State authorities to revive the Hindustan Foto Films here and to initiate steps to fix a proper price for tea.

Later, talking to media persons State Secretary of the Association Arunachalam said they would launch a signature campaign in the country urging the Centre to stop the bill related to the minimum balance to be maintained in the Savings Bank accounts.
