AIR Ooty turns 20

Blood donation camp and planting of saplings marked the 20th year celebrations of the All India Radio station in Udhagamandalam on Wednesday.
District Collector Innocent Divya inaugurated the celebrations, during which time more than 40 volunteers donated blood. Employees also planted sapling the AIR station premises. Assistant Director Chandralekha welcomed the gathering, while Assistant Engineer Sivaramakrishnan proposed the vote of thanks.
