Hundreds of attendants of 108 ambulance service staged a demonstration in front of the Central Bus Stand here condemning the irregularities by the management. The protesters alleged misappropriation of funds in procuring medicines, spare parts for the ambulance and their maintenance. “The management does not even give compensation fully if an employee dies. A part of the money is being swindled,” the attendants, who work on contract basis, said.
