Encroachment by shopkeepers in Ooty

Following complaints of encroachment by shopkeepers on the road to Ooty Botanical Gardens, district collector, Innocent Divya ordered the removal of the shops. A ruckus ensued when the officials tried to dispatch the shopkeepers from that place.
