Plea to repair road leading to Doddabetta

Activists have appealed to the authorities to initiate steps to repair the road leading to Doddabetta. According to sources, the road – that was repaired only less than a year ago following appeals from various quarters – needs to be repaired at the earliest. “They closed the road for three months to carry out the repair works last year. But again the road needs to be repaired,” they said.
