In order to reduce the increased man animal conflict in the Nilgiris, Forest Department organised a one day conference for the department personnel to sensitize them about animal behaviour.
Personnel from Tamil Nadu Police Department and Forest Department are trying to drive three elephants that ventured into human habitations near Coonoor in the Nilgiris.
