Digital wellness should be part of the education curriculum if cyber space needs to be safe and awareness on the flip side of internet has to be holistic. Parents should be educated on the darker side of social media as much as the children. At an age where devices are used to distract or keep engaged even infants, parents need as much schooling as their young ones.
