Health takes a back seat as a casting factory emits black smoke and iron filings dust

Black smoke and dust engulfs almost everything right from the walls to the drinking water in Thiruvalluvar Nagar and Revathy Nagar of Coimbatore. PC Sons , a casting factory operating in that area has been found to be the culprit. The residents facing severe health issues due to this have filed several complaints with the authorities and Pollution Control Board but to no avail.
