Interest in singing among children has increased, but they approach the teachers with a target to perform in reality shows which should not be the case, says Papanasam Sivan’s grandson Ashok Ramani. A fan of music maestro Ilayaraja, he praises him for his compositions and says there is not a single raga which he has not touched.
