Menstrual cups can be used by both married and unmarried women

Shun sanitary pads that take 500 to 800 years to decompose. Though there are inhibitions about inserting menstrual cups into the vagina, more so in some communities, it is only a matter of time that people will start accepting it. Cups will be available in pharmacies as soon even as it is available only online now, say experts
