In those days, there were lots of management business schools in India especially in Tamilnadu. Today the management schools have consolidated themselves. Moreover there is also a demand for MBA graduates, especially in service sectors. Unfortunately the students are really not qualified. As a result, lots of business schools have been closed in India including Coimbatore. Even the intake has been reduced. Also the government has recommended for a low fee structure for the business schools.
