Parents of brave hearts who died in Pulwama terrorist attack lauded the Indian response in striking deep in Pakistan territory to smash terrorist hideouts and training camps.

Father of C.Sivachandran, a trooper with Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Chinnaiyan told media persons that “India has done the right thing. And it should continue to do so. India should stop with this and start playing cricket and other games with Pakistan.”

But such pre-emptive strikes should continue. May be such strikes could have been carried out earlier too, earlier than Pulwama attack, Chinnaiyan said.

On the whole Tamil Nadu echoed his sentiments in lauding the Prime Minister and IAF for the successful strikes that destroyed training camps of terrorists on Tuesday early morning.

Among the first to send a message to the PM was chief minister Edapaddi Palaniswami and he thanked him on behalf of the people of Tamil Nadu.

In a two word tweet actor Rajinikanth said `BRAVO INDIA’.

DMK president MK Stalin tweeted his message to IAF personnel. “Proud of our #IndianAirForce pilots for their exceptional act of valor!”, Stalin said in his tweet.
