Bank robbery averted in Coimbatore

An attempt to rob The State Bank of India in Kemmanayakkanpalayam in Coimbatore district was averted by the timely arrival of police patrol. CCTV camera footages show the robbers fleeing from the scene on seeing the police patrol. The villagers complain that the absence of a security guard was the reason for this robbery attempt.
