A three member gang who came on a two wheeler threatened at knife point Babu and Nelson who were returning home after having drinks near SIHS Colony. They were asked to hand over the money with them and when refused were attacked with the knife. Babu succumbed to injuries and died . A similar incident occurred in Peelamedu also, where a pedestrian was attacked by a three member gang for money. Police are conducting investigations and suspect that both the attacks were done by the same gang.
