Iron rod slips from lorry and enters the rear window of a car. Major tragedy averted

An iron rod from a lorry carrying rods from a manufacturing unit in Ram Nagar ,Coimbatore slipped and fell onto the rear window of a car passing by ,breaking the glass and entering the interior of the car. A major tragedy was averted as no one was travelling in the rear seat of the car. Police are conducting enquiries with the lorry driver.
