For the past two days Pankaja Mills in Coimbatore has been spewing out cotton fibre waste .This has been settling on all surfaces in the surrounding areas like mist. Residents of these areas complain that the cotton is settling on water, food and everything in their house. Unable to bear the pollution which is causing breathing problems, the people are confined to their houses.
