Security escalated in Coimbatore following DMK’s announcement of agitation

Coimbatore police had filed cases against DMK MLA Karthik and others who had held protests following the raid of illegal gutka manufacturing unit in Coimbatore. Condemning the police action in this issue, DMK had announced an agitation to be held in front of the SP office. More than 2000 police have been deployed in Coimbatore in view of this.
