Catering students bake 50 varieties of cakes

The students of Catering Science and Hotel Management Department of Sankara College of Science and Commerce conducted ‘Christmas Cake fest -2017’ here on Friday.
Over 50 flavours of cakes such as german black forest, white forest, chocolate truffle, butter scotch, red velvet, kiwi cake, chocó strawberry, marble cake, fruit gateaux, black current were baked by the students and kept on display.
College principal H.Balakrishnan inaugurated the festival.
