Scuffle breaks out between police and govt arts college students

A scuffle broke out between the police and Government Arts College students when the latter blocked road and protested against the bus fare hike for the second day today. The students who refused to disperse despite attempts made by the police to convince them, the police used force and this resulted in a scuffle. Police arrested 100 students of the college following this.
