Brick manufacturers in Coimbatore affected by widespread rains

Coimbatore brick kilns which churn out around 10 lakh bricks per day have been affected by the widespread rains of the past few days. The heavy rains that lashes Coimbatore during nights have turned the clay meant for brick making into slush thus putting a complete stop to its manufacture.
