Mahesh Kumar Agarwal, IPS , Commissioner of Police ,Madurai took the opportunity of his transfer to arrange a luncheon for the police personnel and sanitary workers in his office. He served lunch to them with his own hands and joined them later too. He then arranged a photo session and delighted everyone. A rare personality indeed for Madurai to have.
