Public petition against person pretending to be in consumer forum

Sivakumar of Mopperipalayam, Coimbatore cheated many textile manufacturers and the public of that area by pretending to be an official of the consumer forum .He had collected huge amount of money and had also threatened some. The people of that area have submitted a petition to the Coimbatore district collector T N Hariharan demanding that action be taken against him.
