Official apathy makes residents take up drainage work on own

Residents of Marutham Rajalekshmi apartment, frustrated after repeated requests for a proper drainage system going unattended, decided to sort out the issue on their own. They took to following the Swatch Bharat campaign. But as the work began progressing, officials stepped in to restrict them.
