ELCE Clinics and Hospitals conducts 45th Free Endoscopy Camp in Vilankurichi

ELCE Clinics and Hospitals located in Gandhipuram Coimbatore, conducted its 45th free endoscopy camp in Vilankurichi recently.
This camp is conducted every year to create and spread awareness about Oesophageal, stomach cancers and related diseases. So far 7200 patients have been benefited by this free endoscopic screening.
ELCE Hospitals free endoscopic camp is conducted through Projects undertaken by ELCE Trust.
Chairman of ELCE Hospitals, Dr. Rajan stated that diseases like stomach cancers show no symptoms until late, but if they are diagnosed at an earlier stage, can be cured fully. Citizens above 40 years of age must consider taking this screening every year since it renders to be life-saving procedure, he added.
Dr. Rajan along with his team of 15 doctors, nurses and medical experts conducted this endoscopic screening procedure for several residents of Vilangurichi.
