So your nails need some TLC but you don’t have the time for a extended manicure nor can your wallet afford the quick stop at the salon. So what do you do? Take things into your own hands, literally. You don’t need to look far for fabulous nails. All you need is 15 minutes, a few key items and these steps to get groomed, neat nails right at home.
