An infant was found inside a cloth bag on Govt Arts College Road

Students found a seven day old infant wailing inside a cloth bag. The bag was found behind Coimbatore Medical College and Hospital. Police are on the look out for the mother who had abandoned the male baby on the street. Infants are being increasingly abandoned on the roads in Coimbatore.
