Health Minister inaugurates new facilities at  KMCH Sulur Multispecialty Hospital

KMCH, the leading multispecialty hospital in Coimbatore has been rendering quality healthcare services for over three decades. The hospital has extended its reach by setting up peripheral centres at Ramnagar, Coimbatore, Kovilpalayam, Sulur and Erode. These peripheral centres have been rendering yeoman service to the people living in semi-urban and rural areas.

KMCH Sulur Multispecialty Hospital has upgraded the facilities with the introduction of state-of-the-art Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Cathlab and MRI scan.

The inauguration of new facilities was held on 7th February at 5.30 pm. Mr. Ma. Subramanian, Honble Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of Tamil Nadu participated as Chief Guest and inaugurated the facilities.

Dr. Nalla G. Palaniswami, Chairman and Managing Director, KMCH, presided over the function. Dr. Thavamani Devi Palaniswami, Vice Chairman and Dr. Arun Palaniswami, Executive Director, KMCH were also present during the inaugural ceremony along with the doctors, nurses and staff of KMCH.

Speaking at the function, Dr. Nalla G. Palaniswami said that KMCH has been at the forefront of introducing innovative medical technologies for the benefit of people. These facilities will be a boon not only for the residents of Sulur but also for people from neighbouring towns. KMCH takes pride in introducing such advanced healthcare technologies for the first time in the region.
