The Annual Day celebrations of Suguna International School, Coimbatore, was held on 16.10.2026 at Suguna Auditorium. The programme, themed “A Tapestry of Values & Legends”, brought together the richness of Indian heritage, inspiring personalities, popular culture and the vibrant spirit of young performers.

Master Mithran of Class V delivered the welcome address. Dr. Nandhini Kumaran, Senior Consultant Paediatrician was the Chief Guest. Mr. V. Lakshminarayanasamy, Chairman of the Suguna Group of Institutions announced the prestigious ‘Star of the Primary’ accolade.

The Chief Guest Dr. Nandhini Kumaran commended the creative performance of the students and urged them to carry forward their passion. She also presented the awards to the year’s top meritorious students. President of the institution, Smt. L. Suguna, highlighted the school’s progressive vision. The Principal, Mrs. Padmavathy Panchapakesan, presented the Annual Report, highlighting the institution’s achievements in academics, co-curricular activities and holistic development.

The programme showcased inspiration from Disney to the legacy of Sachin Tendulkar. The show was complemented with a powerful Vocal Tribute to Playback Legends like SPB, Janakiand Aasha Bhosle” by a selected group of students. The glory of Lord Muruga’s six abodes added a devotional dimension to the event. The student’s performance blended classical and contemporary styles, bringing heritage to life through music, dance.
